So I love the show doctor who.. But absolutely hate the new doctor. He looks so freaking stupid and just doesn't do the part justice! I just want David Tennant back! My husband says it's just me being picky and I will get used to it.. But I can't imagine getting used to this guy! Thoughts? Is it normal?
I didn't like him at first, but then again I was sore that Tennant was leaving, especially as I liked him so much, but now I don't think that Tennant is half as good looking as Smith. And he wears better clothes outside his role, then again a converse wearing doctor is hard to beat
I think he is ugly, dull and there is something weird about the way he talks. His head is square and bigger on the top, like Frankenstein. He might be a great guy in real life, but as Doctor Who, I hate him, hate him, hate him.
I like both David and Matt, but I prefer Matt. his quirkiness won me over.
Matt Smith? i can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something about him that seems Unhealthy, like he's gonna fall over dead any second.
I prefer him, Tennant was too human, this guy is definitely an alien.
If you're watching Doctor Who for eye candy, you're not really a fan of the show. It is not, nor was it ever called 'The David Tennant Show'.
I don't mind him, it's more Amy Pond i dislike, jumping on the doc and trying to remove his clothes i mean HONESTLY!
I have to say Matt Smith is growing on me. I just like the dynamic of the show too much not to give him a chance. However, no one will ever replace David Tennant for me. He was an amazing Doctor and no one will bring as much as he did to the role. Plus, DT was just so much fitter ;)
Im not sure about the new doctor. But I really like the way the stories are coming out. I also dig the new chick, but it shows then becoming a little to close. I thought the doctor wouldn't really understand people on the level like it explains in the dalek episode this season. The doc has grown on me a little since the first time I saw him this season though. He prob won't beat tennant for me ever.
He definetly isn't a looker like Tennant was, but I think he will grow into the role. Alot of people had a hard time with Tennant taking the role from Eccleston. Just give him time, you may find out he doesn't bother you that much after a bit.
I don't like him either. He has an annoying face and seems to love himself too much.

David Tennant was a wonderful Doctor, very eccentric and funny, so anyone coming after him is going to have big shoes to fill. Matt Smith was NOT a good choice, but maybe we'll grow to like him later. I'm sure many of us thought Dave Tennant was an odd choice at first.
I preferred Tennant to be honest, I think that Matt Smith isn't quite right for the role and don't get me started on how he looks... lol
