I recently caught a colleague rubbing the rim of a 1 pint of milk that belonged to my manager with the end of his penis and placing it back in the fridge in the rest area kitchen, which in turn was laughed off by the rest of the group as a bit of fun when I brought it up and that other things are done all the time to his milk and placed back for him to use, I feel uncomfortable with this as it seems everybody is in on it and I worry about the consequences, as half the people I work with come across as dimwits and are off my level. I want to tell my manager the but I don't want to be seen as a grass or ass-licker while my working days become a misery and isolated.

    Tell the manager. There's a difference between innocent, funny pranks on a colleague and disgusting shit like that. You're known by the company you keep - do you like keeping company with penis-rimming dimwits?

    You'd be almost certainly getting the employee(s) involved fired, so weigh the consequences with that in mind. If the manager's a decent enough human being, though, they deserve to know.

    Would you want someone to tell you if your milk bottle had penis smear on it?

    Most offices have a bunch of dimwits that work in it. It's even worse if one of them is your supervisor. I would just forget about it as the supervisor is probably not well liked. Just keep to yourself and keep your own goals in mind, whatever they are. Mine are to not work one day and I can't wait.
