    It's natural to get pimples all over your body, even on your shaft - assuming they ARE pimples. If you are sexually active and these "pimples" don't behave like regular pimples, then I suggest seeing a doctor just in case - especially if you have engaged in unprotected sex or casual sex with strange new partners at any stage.

    And if these pimples start creating strange waxy substances like someone have commented - do NOT use that substance as a natural lube or engage in sex. Go see a doctor.

    They are normal. They create a waxy substance like a natural lubricant when you get an erection. Don't pop them though because it's painful. Every guy has them
