Is it normal to experiment with diets?
This diet I had for weeks, brown rice, quinoa, peanut butter with banana on crackers, etc, which my mother is funny with, is too much!!! It's pretty extreme! I was thinking my next diet is gluten-free beegan (which is cheating veganism with honey). What I don't want if I follow this diet: I don't want to eat bread, cakes, cookies and biscuits, and I don't want to eat puffed wheat again, but if I don't change my diet, I'm stuck with this unreasonable diet and the Subway diet, well it's too much! It tries to be reasonable with healthy food, and not even dessert, lollies and sweets, I lost 4 kg of weight and am now 82 kg. I'm thinking of this gluten-free for a day, I'm getting tired of eating and it's giving me a headache! Is that normal?
