Is it normal to end phone convos with slight laughter tone

Whenever I call a business and talk to a receptionist or get information from someone at the end I feel like they always laugh at me.

It's like

Me: Ok, thank you. Bye

Them: *with laughter tone* Alright, bye now *sarcastic your an idiot this is how I'm going to let you know tone*

I am sort of akward telephone speaker and I sometimes talk out of turn but I don't feel like I deserve this...or maybe I am just too sensitive and it's not real

I think this is completely normal because sometimes this happens to me, like it seems as if the person has a different tone to their voice when they say bye. My guess is that it might be that they are just friendly and it's just the smile in their voice that you hear as their "laughter". They are probably not laughing at you unless you say something funny, weird, etc. Hope this helped!
