Is it normal to eat cat food

Sometimes, when there's no food in the house, I'll eat dry cat food. It doesn't really taste that great, but it helps distract from hunger. I mean I know it's not normal, I just want to know if it can be harmful to my health.

    Most commercial cat food is just as bad for cats as it is for humans. Just eat cans of tuna if you want to be a cat.

    Some athletes do this because of the higher protein amount. I wouldn’t recommend it because felines are immune to sicknesses that would plague humans but the food is regulated for felines only.
