Is it normal to dump food in the street?

My 34 year old husband developed a habit about 5 years ago of dumping food in the street. At first it was just dinner leftovers, but it has escalated to any unopened food packages in the house, old leftovers, and even the remains of a Thanksgiving turkey. As if this wasn't strange enough, he really gets his jollies by running over the food after it's in the road. Some of our neighbors got upset and I have had to ask him to move his hobby to nearby neighborhoods. Does anyone else in the world share this odd habit?

I hope he moved this weird habit to the ghetto. Those big rats are eating love love because of him. And even the crack heads are eating better now. He deserves a medal. Good guy.

Perhaps you could encourage him to piss in the street. Save on the water bill.
