Is it normal to do several things only when completely alone?

I'm not talking about obvious stuff like using the toilet. But odd things that aren't practical. When I'm home alone I run around in my house, lie on the floor, howl when excited, lick myself, bite my pillow/duvet or myself, go apathetic at random etc. When I'm alone I'm completely spontaneous, while together with others I dont feel I am spontaneous at all and dont do anything weird. What are things you do when alone, but never when you know anyone can see you? Should you be able to do such stuff around people if you are really close with them? I do not want to explain anyone, and there is nothing to explain, just impulse.

I talk to myself a lot when I'm alone. Since I work in the cleaning industry and sometimes train others, when I am cleaning at home I use the opportunity to practice how I would show another person how to clean something. I'm sure it would look crazy if anyone saw me, but it's a good way to practice, lol!

I also have weird habits of rocking back and forth in my seat, or from side to side while I'm standing. One entire side of my family is energetic and squirmy like that, and a relative of mine had the exact same rocking issue for years. I mostly do it while listening to music, and have a hard time not rocking in my seat in my car while listening to music.

Since I rode horses for years, I have done some funny things in a car from time to time like two-pointing (which is a rider's jumping position), or at least leaning forward, but not actually getting up out of my seat like in an actual two-point, over speed bumps (which actually feel pretty similarly to a horse hopping over a small cross rail), clucking to my car while trying to get up to speed, and patting it as I walk behind it. These were all merely out of habit and not intentional. 🤣

I also have a weird hobby of compiling lists. It's like a puzzle to me. I will randomly inventory every item in one of my collections off of the top of my head and sort it by item, when I purchased it, etc., or list off and sort data in a million other ways. I have Excel spreadsheets full of this stuff, and this is fun for me, lol.

I will also occasionally play my violin, which I haven't played seriously since 2012. I haven't liked playing in front of others since then. That's really only when I feel up to it, though, which is maybe only a few days per year at the very most, and I've gone years without touching it at all. It actually desperately needs new strings, but I haven't bought any since I don't play enough to.

Pro cleaner? I had no idea. Can I ask... How do you clean a domestic oven effectively? No matter what method or product I try, I feel like the results are always a bit crap. What am I doing wrong?

I mostly clean offices and stuff so haven't cleaned any other oven besides my own, but what I've used on my own oven is a degreaser/all purpose cleaner and a stiff scrub pad (and elbow grease). The most important thing with any chemical, especially when you're trying to get something stubborn off, is to let it sit for at least a few minutes, sometimes longer if needed. I rinse the product off with a wet rag once I'm done as well. I'm not sure if this would be a good route to go with a self-cleaning oven or not (mine is ancient and not self-cleaning). This seems to do the trick for me, especially when done frequently. There are also oven cleaners available, which I have yet to try. I've heard good things about baking soda and vinegar as well. I hope any of this is helpful!

You should totally do all that when people are present.

I talk to myself as practice for conversations I might have with people some day because i'm not good at thinking of words to say on the fly (i'll literally go blank for seconds trying to think of what to say if I just try to have a non prepared conversation) I also sing full force when alone & try random things to see if I can like cartwheels, jumping onto things from a stand still, etc.

Lol definitely normal at least in my opinion. I talk to myself way more and loudly when I'm alone, I sing horribly, I laugh and cry randomly, I narrate what the neighbors are doing as if I'm their voices when I look out the window etc. I don't really know if it's normal tbh but I do it lol

I actually use to do it at work when I worked in the yard on a dock. Anytime I had downtime Id stand there and shadow box. Everyone thought I was crazy.
