Is it normal to be worried

iv recently start dating a girl iv known since i was a teenager . but u swear i was dating the devil . let me explain . we both in our 30s . shes 2 kids from early age but has reared them herself .well we got talking one time went on a date enjoyed it seen eachother more times then i told her i liked her and enjoyed her company one night in bed i told her i loved her and she told me the same . but when other people found out all im getting is are u serious .do u know she was with thid and that .well maybe she was this and that but i was no angel myself but yet shes the baddie . iv never been happier . she ticks all the boxes . funny .kind sweet caring . listens and gives out to me and great in bed . why i happy but everyone else my friends my family my kid aint
