You could be depressed or have some other condition making it hard for you if it's that bad.
Look into executive dysfunction, basically that is knowing you need to do something but having some kind of blockage inside making it seem impossible to go through with it. It can easily come off as laziness but it's more serious than that, one sign that it's executive dysfunction is feeling guilty and maybe even getting anxiety over the fact that you're not doing what you're supposed to but it's just like you physically can't. Like a severe lack of motivation for physical chores. It can be managed though. It's usually a symptom of a cognitive condition or something else though, depression can be the main factor among other things.
Don't skip meals, and then MAKE yourself get out for walks in morning or evening, or ride a bike, just some sort of exercise. After 2-3 weeks you will start feeling better if you can stick with it. Cut down on sodas, drink more water. You would be surprised how that little change can make a big difference how you feel. BUT, IF YOU RATHER BE A LUMP IN A LOG, then ignore this. Mind over matter. Hell go join the military they will get you motivated.
That sounds like depression rather than laziness, unless of course you're happy with this lifestyle? If not, I suggest you get help.
I don’t understand laziness because I have overdrive brain. BUT! I know some lazy people.
From what I’ve heard the best cure for laziness is addiction/obsession.
So, pick up an addiction or start a new obsession and then get back to us in a few months so we can help you end those two awful things, cause then I could be loads of help!
(Also I hear getting sun, eating fruit, and working out, helps)
I don't think you sound lazy, but rather you sound very depressed. I also don't think you should skip meals, because it's bad for your health.
Have you got friends or family around to help keep you motivated? It sounds like you could use someone pushing you to keep moving. You should look into getting your mental health assessed.
It can be easy to fall into "laziness" with depression, but it's not the answer.
So are you one of those lazy fucking arseholes to bone idle to get a job, that thinks it’s alright to stay in bed all day living off the taxes paid by us more responsible people who go to work. If you are then no it’s not normal, and the best thing you can do is either find a job and start contributing to society or find a very high building and throw yourself off the top floor
What a wonderful thing to say to someone probably suffering from depression.
What a compassionless cunt.
Yep! Lots of depressed people get labeled as lazy by ignorant people. 👍🏻
Depression is a man made modern illnesses created by the weak namby pamby modern society we now live in. Back in the day people grew some backbone and got on with life, but modern day do-gooders have created a society where every one has to blame their downfalls on someone or something else. If they can’t find another person to blame they will look for a modern medical illness thats been created to take the blame, and then expect the rest of society to keep them.
