Is it normal to be terrified of geckos?

It is normal to be terrified and I mean terrified of Geckos; the little lizard animals? I cant eat several foods because they remind me of Geckos, for example the grains in grain bread remind me of Gecko eyes.

Most people have some weird, specific fear, so it’s normal in that regard. But, based on the intensity and crossing-over into unrelated situations, it may be possible you have a phobia if you have panic attacks as well because of this fear and go to extreme lengths to avoid geckos.

We have them over here but they're not called geckos. They are known as "Chingchooks" because of the noise they make. They a very popular, especially with us farangs, as these little beauties eat mosquitoes, lots of them.

I love geckos and would have one myself if it weren't for my fear of insects.

Catch or buy a gecko and kill it then you’ll see how not scary they are

      NO! Respect the animal kingdom!

By all means keep one as a pet though if you're that way inclined.
