Is it normal to be jealous when seeing couples?

It seems that everybody have a bf or gf. Often I amazed how a couple can last long, like years. I know its sound melancholy, but I wish I have a last long relationship like others, but it never work for me, like my 1st relationship was destructive, the second one was rejected by family and friends, the last one doesnt work because he cant stand a long distance relationship. Thats why I think love is nice for everyone but me, and I kind of tired of these things. but I always so jealous and envy to a couple. I dont hate it, I just feel really sad, when I see my friends with their companion, when I saw movie, or just hear a couple story. I feel overwhelm, but they are everywhere lol..

Any advice?

    I used to feel this exact same way. I jut wanted to be that girl holding hands and smiling... and I wanted it so fucking bad! I eventually just gave up on trying to find someone. then I started talking to my acquaintances and getting more friends and right out of the blue one day, one of my good friends asked me to go see a movie [: and I was just totally shooed coz that was the last thing I expected. and were still together, after so long. so my advise is to just stop looking and talk to new ppl coz they could surprise you. they'll come fer sure[:

    I hear ya! For some reason I get a little irritated when I see a couple so openly close and lovey dovey with each other. I wouldn't say it's a jealous feeling though. It's more like sadness, like I'll never have that, because things seem to never work out for me. I don't know what advice to give, except for you to, maybe find the confidence within yourself, that someday it will work out for you. But you're not alone in this feeling.
