She is incredibly intimidating, dominating, and quick. She’s young, Masters degree graduate. She’s mean as a snake and twice as likely to snap at you. Everyone seems to walk on eggshells around her because she just makes you feel so insecure and can talk circles around anyone.

She has sent 2 of the other girls here home in tears and one guy. I just feel like it’s unfair that we have to put up with the bullying. She’s excellent at her job, of course cause she’s “perfect” and has the uppers wrapped around her finger. The second I catch her slipping up I’m going to use it.

I know one guy turned her alpha attitude into a kink to cope with it, clever. If the circumstance were different it would be hot as fuck. Gives me pressure to complete my PhD faster to one up her.

Edit. Holy shit she’s like Dio from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

    She's NOTHING like DIO.

      Nah mate. She’s like Dio. I’m only on season 2, but this chick is Dio. Cats got claws man. I know my place, and she’s well aware of hers. And apparently hers is at the top :P

        DIO isn't afraid to look weak if it allows him to reach his goal. He doesn't care about anything but what he wants. He doesn't answer to an higher power and don't give a fuck about what people think of him. Your girl here is just a yorshire that try desperately to be at the top. She's pathetic. And you're pathetic too for being scared of a little girl.
        And anyway you can't understand the real DIO unless you've see part 3 and the world.

              Stupid character to like. Burns dogs alive and assaults women. Just an asshole.

              She’s hyper calculated, it’s unnerving to talk to someone who is just reading you like a book and looks at you like they’re waiting for you to slip up. She’s notorious for using coworkers to leverage herself up. Nobody I know has moved as quickly as she does up the ranks and she does it by tearing people down. It’s not stupid schoolyard taunting it’s always personal, direct, and cruel.

              She uses humiliation tactics constantly and just makes you eat away at yourself for not being better. I’m luckily good at laughing at myself and not taking things to heart, but some people really get worn down by it.

              Unless you go into the interaction with bolstering confidence and a shield already put up with knowledge of how she works you’re just doomed.

    Yeah it is. I hate those types of people, they always pick on everyone. I had a co-worker similar to that once when I was an extra worker at a fast food restaurant when I was younger. She would always pick on me for literally no reason. I did my job well and even handled the customers well even with my social anxiety which I never let get in the way. Other managers would praise me or just treat me normally but not her, she'd give me shit for doing my job right and say I have to do it exactly the way she said because that's the "best way" even though her way was less effective and caused more complaints from the customers! Sometimes think she was lowkey jealous at me because another one of the managers, a guy that she used to talk to, also used to talk to me a lot and we got along really well but they had worked together much longer while I was new there. She never looked happy when we talked and would glare at me but she was also pretty harsh in general, very alpha, and one of the reasons I eventually quit that job. I didn't like it anyway but she contributed to that.

    Dude, is Jo Jo's Bizzare adventure worth watching? I think I watched the first season, up to the episode where the dog dies, but I didn't watch anymore.

    Also, dude, I've got a way to deal with your problem, I think, but you've got to have pretty big blow-up balls to do it. Completely exude fake confidence. If not many people like her, which it sounds like they don't, then I think this will work.

    Pump up that fake confidence shit, and when it comes to arguing with her, just stick to your guns, if she's clearly getting the better of you then just completely act like she isn't. Stick to your shitty base insults when she's dropping fire on you and then laugh hard like you really burned her. If you keep this up then she'll probably get infuriated and leave you alone, but you really have got to be able to keep up the facade, that's the key to the strategy.

    Make a list of all the incidents, including dates, and report her to HR for bullying and creating an unpleasant working environment.
