Is it normal to avoid most of the sugar, salt, and fat?

For a weight loss benefit I haven't touched sugar in months, except the sugar in some of those juices and in coffee when there was no sweetener, oops! And I had low salt and very low fat, mostly vegetables, it's working because I lost a lot of weight. Since wheat has been raped out of the root I'm not raping bread again, and since soy is a bean filled with anti-nutrients it's bad news to eat soy. I'm a brown rice eater not a white rice eater and still, my mother disagrees with my diet and tells me not to "waste" my money on food and drinks and tells me I'm fat, that's painful, what about confidence that I've lost a lot of weight and how wonderful it is? I'm not the biggest thing you've ever seen so people should stop pretending I'm so fat, I'm not! Is that normal?

To slim down and lose body fat you don't need to eat less fat. In fact that can make things worse.
What matters is cutting out refined carbs.
Stop eating flour products. Quit sugar. Quit drinks with sugar in them. Quit syrup. Quite pastries. Eat as much vegetables with butter.
Eat plenty of protein to build you up.
Do not be afraid of fat. Fat in your diet does not turn into fat on your body. it doesn't work that way. Fat on your body comes from the refined carbs you eat. Fat actually helps your strength and slows the processing of sugars you do eat and is good for your skin etc.

Your mom is a dick but I also think you're at risk of developing orthorexia and should talk to a doctor about it. It's a less well known eating disorder than anorexia or bulimia but not any less harmful. Your descriptions of ideal nutrition don't seem to come from a single coherent perspective; instead it seems like a hodge-podge of inconsistently applied rules. There's no rational sense in preferring brown rice over white rice and avoiding grains because you think processed foods contain toxins, and then also preferring artificial sweeteners to real sugar. If you're the same person who posted about this before, you also consider yourself vegan but eat honey? Honey isn't vegan and it also contains sugar, the real kind of sugar that has calories in it.

Since I got sophisticated again, I decided that I have to eat caviar, that's fish eggs, and by the way I'm back to pesco-beegan, a vegan that eats honey and fish & seafood, but now and I'll stick to it, I'm also a gourmand, out of supreme difficulty I managed to get the correct foods at the shop to suit my finicky tastes.
