Is it normal this feeling my stomach

So sometimes I wake up and my stomach has this sensation like its gurgling then I eat food and it goes away. There's a strange sound that comes with it too and sometimes I burp but food always cures it it happens like 2 times a day

    go to the doctor straight away!! it could be a deadly virus or worms that are hungry and they settle down when you feed them.
