So,whenever I'm sitting down with my stepdad he shuffles closer to me and rubs my breasts,I find this rather weird,is it normal?

F*ck no! That's not normal at all. I don't know how old you're but you must tell someone. Trust me, this type of untoward sexual behavior usually escalates if it's not nipped in the bud. It will be a lot worse if it is allowed to get to that point. I reiterate that you must tell someone! Be "someone" your teacher/school therapist, doctor, or even the police themselves. People in these professions, are mandated reporters. They will make a report to CPS/the Police if you tell them what's going on. They'll step in and protect you.
