Is it normal that my sister is a little crybaby

OK, so today I came back from school or whatever they call it now and my sister walks up to. E and punches me (she is weak) and I literally just push her a bit and she starts literally screaming so I run upstairs lock myself into the bathroom and wait for my dad to shout at me but when he came up he hit the door (nearly broke it) and shouted me "we've been watching you bully her for years the, do you think that it's ok" he shouted at me through the dyou, but it always starts with her hitting me and me hardly touching her this has been happening for years and to handle the depression caused by this I now smoke

Your dad sounds like a bit of... And asshole.

Don't even do anything to your sister just tell your parents right after she does something.

Or just rape her and teach her a lesson

DON'T push or touch her. When she touches you, go straight to your parents... even though they may not believe you... it will put your sister in a situation that she will either lie or tell the truth that she punched you. OR, Don't Tell Your Parents, and just walk away to go do your own thing and leave her to do her own things.

Eventually, she will learn that you won't give her the satisfaction of punching, pushing, or touching her; and no satisfaction of your parents yelling at you (and her getting away with it), and then she will eventually stop because she isn't getting the attention she wants.

Not getting the attention may actually cause her to act out more, being the bully (maybe even in front of your parents), and you can prove she is doing it to you just by them seeing it themselves.

Either way, DON'T give in to temptation by pushing or touching her, and see what happens.

Ignore her when she instigates dumb stuff. If pushing her back lightly gets you in trouble don't do it anymore. Don't touch or yell at her because only you will get in trouble
