Is it normal that my friend thinks she's a cat?

I have a friend who thinks she's a cat and she keeps licking herself like one but most of her friends and I think she's weird for doing it.

The other day she invited me and other people to her house and she keeps obsessing about catnip at that time I thought she was joking but she was creeping me out so myself told her to snap out of it when I told her to snap out of it she proceeds to hiss at me. Now at that point I told her that she is never ever going to be a cat me and her other friends agreed with me that day.

After myself and her friends left her house we just said nothing to her but to just shake our heads out of cringiness.

Is it normal?

      Hi, fellow enby here, how’d you get non-binary out of that? If anything it’s possibly making fun of therians/otherkin but even then I’d feel like some of them would probably be in agreement that this is a little weird.
