Is it normal that i've had full blown hallucinations and delusions?
It all started off during the night when i was looking at my facebook wall and started to notice some unexpected people messaging me with youtube links that are private so i immediately thought to myself that they have carried out a massacre on a series of my family members and put it on youtube.
Also, I looked up on my phone and one of my facebook "friends" who used to be often nearby started get closer and closer by distance until the distance was equal to 0m which means i was certain that he was standing behind the door and i as opened it, there was no one but i heard some kind of foot steps 1 second after opening a door such as someone running upwards the stairs and then i closed the door and started to hallucinate in my left eye a video that i recorded with OBS studio and then my vision was fully back.
Soon after i headed to a desk in living room and saw a "Sidney Sheldon" book translated to russian with a female palm behind the grainy glass and a shade of red and orange shining all behind as if it seemed like the flames of hell and it had a title "Are you afraid of the dark?"
My mom obviously noticed my reaction and that i was fearful, and then she decided to hide the book back in the shelf, only to take it out again and stare at it fearfully.
Obviously, the next time she screamed at me in fear and asked "How the hell are you finding this book each time i put it back in shelf!?"
and i replied "I don't know"
by the next morning, my cousin from other town came over (Jerusalem) and picked me up.
As he gestured me to get in the front seat, he gave me a slightly bended and deformed cigarette and ordered me to start smoking.
I was afraid to start smoking as i thought that some agent is trying to track me down with a sniper rifle and whatever car fills up with smoke, he will shoot it and that it would be the end of my life.
