Why should art be restricted
Yeah art is ruined by all those wankers. There's lots of paintings I've seen that are absolutely gorgeous and deserve so much respect. Instead they expect us to respect a pile of shit because of what it's supposed to represent or because of how they 'feel' about it.
When I go to an art museum I laugh at how political it is. You'll see a painting where the aritist litterally just shot diarrhea onto the canvas and the art museum will say "but this is a Poca DeManta"

It’s not about being complicated it’s about talent. Any idiot can splash paint all over a piece of canvas and mix it up a bit, or pile a heap of shit on the floor, but how is it that some people manage to pass it off as art and sell it for a fortune, when it’s basically crap and done with no talent whatsoever
At the Denver Airport there's a giant blue bronco with glowing red eyes that killed the artist. I find that shit scary.
