Is it normal that i stole for a good cause

I was recently at a friends dinner party, whilst having dinner, the host engaged us in a heartfelt discussion about her veganism.... Upon leaving the house in question, I noticed our host had a few pairs of leather shoes in the hallway. I stuffed them into my bag and took them home, never to be returned. I feel my actions will have saved her some deep embarrassment from other guests.... Is this normal?

Were the shoes your size, Cinderella?

Can't say I didn't find some humor in your actions.

You can always return them, if you want. Or, send your friend a cryptic note that suggests you're holding the shoes for ransom?

maybe theyre not real leather? maybe she received them as a gift? you dont know the situation you should have just asked her why she feels comfortable with leather boots instead of stealing from her

  • Wait, couldn't those shoes have belonged to some of the guests, or if not, been synthetic?

Whatever the case, you shouldn't have stolen.

Hahah that’s a funny story and I see your logic behind it but you really should not have done it, stealing is wrong!!! I mean if it really was your concern that others would see them, perhaps you should have hidden them for just that night and then spoke to her in private regarding the matter and passed on some suggestions. P.S steal a few dresses too next time xD, hehe joke :-)

Stealing is and always will be considered to me as a crime, even if it’s for a good cause. If the person wanted you to do that, then they would tell you to, if not don’t interfer.

That's a terrible idea! I don't have any semen, besides! Who produces enough semen to fill a few pairs of shoes!?

Nickvey... I know two wrongs don't make a right, it was a stupid impulse on my part... That was my wrongdoing. Can I ask what the second was? What are you referring to?

Come on, man. I guess you stole for a reason that seemed right to you, but it isn't. If you noticed them, I'm sure at least some others have and didn't care. It's not so extreme you have to steal.

    Nice story.

Anything that causes annoyance to holier-than-thou vegans or any other variety of fanatic makes the universe a better place.
