Is it normal that i somewhat like pepper ann?

For some odd reason I still see myself watching that cartoon even though I have really vague memories when I was young watching it, even as a grown man I still see myself watching it despite not growing up in the 90s considering it was a cartoon made in 1997, I randomly remembered it like it was just nothing.
