Is it normal that i sometimes shower with clothes on in cold water?

I often shower in my clothes, just because it makes me feel like im alive. Recently ive been struggling with derealization, and showering with cold water and clothes makes me feel like im here you know, also going swimming also helps me feel like im alive.

    When its raining outside everyone will be sprinting to their cars and im like ahhh fuck it and I just walk and get soaked. Its just water..

    Sometimes its really fuckin cold. The other day it was like 95 degrees outside but the rain about gave me hypothermia lol

      Oh no no! I have a good hygiene i just sit in the shower and then take a normal shower after:)
