I love it, I have a pacifier and a few stuffed toys and I love wearing diapers too. It just makes me feel better about myself somehow. My boyfriend knows and he doesn't care but hey, that's what boyfriends are for.
It's called adult - baby syndrome and although not common with there only being a few thousand or so around the world , it's normal . It's normal in the sense it's not depraved or harmful to anyone however you won't hear many jumping in during a conversation at the bar saying "yeah , me too!" as it is not the norm .
There are many degrees to which one participates in this fantasy and also many people play different ages . This is a comfort mechanism that makes you feel happy , it may be developed for several reason but none of that is important unless you are interested to learn .. what is important is that it makes you happy and it isn't hurting anyone . Embrace this difference as something unique and while you may not go sharing it with the real world , do not let it ever make you feel negatively .
Anything that is taboo or is found in few will be judged and if i were you , i would prefer to be the unique over the sheep following the pack .
