Is it normal that i hear a weird noise every time i wake up?

My entire life I’ve heard what sounds almost like starting up a machine every time I wake up in the morning. I’m pretty sure I’m not a robot lol. I just kinda wanna know if anyone else has experienced something similar, is it normal, and possibly why that happens.

    Every time I wake up in the morning I hear a noise too.

    Tinnitus can be really loud when you're just waking up. If it's like a buzzing/whirring it could be a possibility?

    I have a rooster and that damn thing crows every morning. It's like he says wake up people.

    He is my alarm clock. If I sleep through him my dogs bounce on my chest.
