Is it normal that i have a “penis period”

Ok so before I start let me say that this is all 100% real and not made up at all. So about February this year I noticed that when I would go to use the urinal, I’d see a slight cloudy white ish discharge on the tip of my penis(not slimy like semen or anything) with the consistency of urine. Days later, it would begin to slowly “drip” in other words it would happen all day and end up making a spot on my briefs. When I would wake up in the morning the slightly cloudy substance would be a thick yellowish now. So this went on for about 2-3 weeks in February. I went and got checked for all STDs, everything came back negative so I just stopped caring and eventually it went away after the 2-3 week span. So now again, late in November of this year it started again, again I went and got tested and again, nothing at all. I jokingly told a friend that I had a “Penis Period” but in all honesty i’m sort of concerned on what is going on with me. Has this happened to anyone else? IS IT NORMAL??? Edit: Additionally, urinating WAS uncomfortable, I don’t want to say the word “Burning” because then people automatically assume STD it would only be uncomfortable at the start though, after it started coming out things were fine.

Got an UTI once. It's the worst thing ever. I felt as it someone was playing with a sword in my womb. It was a far worst experience than childbirth. But it reached that because I didn't pay attention to the first signs.

I hope for you that it is just an UTI.

Specific dates for everything but no attempt to make a paragraph. IDK, if it is just STDs or mental illness. Hard to read.

I think your sperm is excreting along with your urine because the vessel in our penis excretes both urine and semen .(Google this disease)
Secondly: Your prostate gland might be inflamed which causes excretion of prostatic fluid in urine
    ( also GOOGLE “ candiduria“)
•• Best of luck& get well soon bro••

    Sounds like an infection.

If you're certain that the STI tests were done correctly and you're clear, then the most obvious possibility is a urinary tract infection. Those usually cause discomfort when urinating, though, and you don't mention that.

Obviously, you should be examined by a urologist (or maybe just a GP), but I'm sure you know that already.

I’m hoping this is what it is. I edited the post, I did experience discomfort during urination and honestly the whole time the substance “leaked” from my penis. I’m scheduled to go back for another test next week.

Highly likely it's a UTI then.

The most common cause of UTIs is E. coli, a bacterium commonly found in the human bowel. Most women get UTIs when those bacteria are moved from the area of their anus to their urethra during sex. Are you into anal sex? If so, then you might consider either using a condom, or making it a point to urinate immediately after and give your penis a thorough wash using soap. Since the male urethra is fairly long, that might be enough to flush any nasties out before they get to your bladder.

Unless all 3 of the medical facilities that have tested me have busted equipment then it’s not an STD of any sort every time I’ve been tested I’ve been clean on everything. Honestly I’d much rather it be an STD that way I know what it is and how to get rid of it

Then it's a UTI and they would have told you that if they were reputable.

Didn’t know guys could get them. I’m certain that the places are reputable. One is on a military installation(Air force) I believe that when testing for std’s though, that’s all they look for. One doc that I talked to told me to come in for a gram test/ stain or something (I can’t quote him I don’t remember exactly what he said) because since it’s not an std he said he didn’t know and that would be the next course of action. I truly don’t believe it’s an STD though because when I went to get tested the first time, they treated me for chlamydia, and gonorrhea just Incase. And it still went on for about 2 weeks after that. I’ve also only been with one person, my girlfriend this whole time

Women are more prone to get UTIs than men because their urethra is shorter, and it's easier for microorganisms to migrate into the bladder from outside, but men definitely get them too.

You could try increasing your fluid intake significantly in the hope that will flush out the nasties. There are other UTI home remedies you could try as well, but my recollection is that their usefulness is debatable.

It's obvious you need to go back to the doctor who suggested a further test, so just do it and put your mind at rest
