Is it normal that i enjoy the taste of blood?

So basically I enjoy the flavor of blood. If I’m ever at home and find myself accidentally bleeding, then I might drink some of it. I don’t actively seek it out, but when the opportunity arises I’ll definitely help myself to some.

    Metallic flavors are palatable to many. A lot of people enjoy eating animal's organs. Hell, there are some cultures in Africa that there means of sustenance are from cows blood.

          I’ve never tried a salty bike frame. However I can tell you that if you see a penny next to you, try it. It tastes like that but just a bit sweeter, probably because of blood sugar.

        I'm not a vampire blood just has a flavor that I can't explain when I taste it I get a slight rush.

          That’s why I bite parts of my tongue so I can taste the blood, but it’s usually cause my body is lacking iron.

    This reminds me of pica (eating things that aren't food) pica usually happens because the body is lacking something. Maybe your case is similar? Like you could be needing more iron or something.
