Is it normal that I don't mind people that are racist?.

Through my extensive history of dealing with people and countless interactions I've realized something of myself. I'm aware of stereotypes amongst and against my people and others but can't find the angst others have. I believe I am not superior to others that are quick to anger but I somehow feel more matured and well established.

Is it normal for me to feel this way or is the world the abnormal one?

Im to the point where I have doubts that theres many racists out there. Black and white racists dont seem to really care. When I think of racism I think of "No im not shaking that mans hand" or "Im not talking to him hes black/white". People dont think like that anymore.

Whats classified as racism now days is something like locking your cardoor when a black guy walks by your car. Good example is all my coworkers are black and our supervisor told us all to work on a project but me. Little did they know my boss had asked me to work on a different project in private. My coworkers were citing "white supremacy". We debate a lot and they were like "You always say to give an example THAT WAS AN EXAMPLE" but in reality he put me on another job and they were making assumptions.

    • Thing is as human beings we are going to have likes and dislikes. Whats wrong with liking or feeling more comfortable towards people with similar color skin and religion. I myself would not feel comfortable being the only white guy in a house full with Japanese dudes, I would have issues communicating and understanding.

There is a big difference between harassing someone because of their color and race compared to simply keeping away from a person because you don't like that culture, religion or wateva.

I lived in a community mostly full of aboriginals. I did not like it, there was to much fighting. I moved to community with hardly any aboriginals and it was more comfortable.

        I agree with you.

I generally get along with everyone but I dont like going to black neighborhoods because of the crime. I use to live in a black neighborhood in the black part of town and the crime was terrible. I got my car broken into several timed. If I wanted to go to a store and black dudes were loitering infront of the store I'd be wary of going to the store because a few times black dudes hit on my wife right infront of me and there was like 5 of them. What can I do? If I fight them ill get fucked up theres too many. Im just like "come on man thats disrespectful".

What I just said qualifies as racism in America. If I posted that on my facebook id probably get fired.
