You don't have to announce it. Keep it to yourself unless your date asks about it. Then you can coyly joke about him being a 'misogynist' (as a joke to test the waters). Like: "Why? You think it's gross to date a girl who's had many boyfriends before? What you some misogynist?" (Smile) Make it sound lighthearted like a joke.
Don't actually answer the question of how many guys you've been with before him. Ask him why he wants to know. Why he cares about that.
Another joke response: "What you think of marrying me?" (Smile.) "Is my virginity important to you?" (Smile) Like mock him back a little if he tries to ask about your past relationships...
Only later on, when you feel comfortable with your boyfriend, you can tell him he's your first. He won't mock you for it. It will actually make him feel good about himself and your relationship. And he will believe you because he already knows you as a genuine person.
Most guys typically won't believe you if you just start out by saying you've never been with anyone before. There's this saying going around that "girls always lie about how many men they've slept with: add 2 to the number she says".
How do you even find a "serious partner" if you don't even date? Like the whole point of dating is meeting and getting to know people. A serious partner doesn't just show up out of the blue. Relationships don't just develop overnight. If you want real companionship for a lifetime, that starts out as dating.
Boys in high school are very annoying. They either act super shy and expect you to do everything to get the relationship going. Or they are entitled jerks who expect a 'yes' just because, and lose it when you say no. It gets better in college. Just stay away from the frat boys. They can... sometimes... also be entitled jerks. Pick a nerdy guy, talk to people. Just try going out more.
