Is it normal that i cant commit

WELP you see...ive got this issue where i love junk food but i love fruit but i say to myself 'ooh i might have a bit of cake today' then after i eat it om thinking oh shit. After consumption i say to myself 'okay no junk food' next thing you know im eating doritos for dinner

    If sweets are your weakness try making a big fruit smoothie first thing in tbe AM when you wake up like BIG pack it with fruits and greens too and ice and juice or water and drink it until your stomach is so full! That will curb the sweets cravings for many hours and hopefully even all day. Make it a daily habit! I do this it works. When I get depressed and don't feel like making smoothie in tbe morning I end up letting my food habits go to complete shit by mid day.

    i think most people do it but not everyday... anyways it's not healthy, you can get sick for not eating what your body needs -been there hehe-. I think you are strong enough to avoid these habits, just be serious about it. Nobody wants to wake up and have lots of cold cores around your mouth, avoiding yourself to eat; getting anemia, or just getting sick of different things every week, avoiding you to keep a normal track of your life.
    MAybe i'm being a little dramatic but however, just don't take these habits to another level
