I have dark hair (I'm a brunette), all over my upper back. It isn't that thick, but is it normal and do guys find it unattractive?
People of different ethnicities have varied propensities for developing back hair. As an Okinawan, I have a lot too (brunette, female). I used to be a little embarrassed of it, but none of the boyfriends I've had ever had an issue with it. They didn't even notice until I brought it up.
If some guy takes offense, just be like, "If you don't like it, you can shave it off for me," haha.
I personally find body hair like that a bit unattractive but some men don't. Its really all up to you. If it doesn't bother you, keep it and don't worry what other people think. Be you!

WTF? Humans are mammals. They have hair on their bodies - stomach, back, hands, legs, face... Next thing you are going to say is that ladies should shave off the peach fuzz from their faces.
