I really hate seeing people with long finger nails. It looks dirty unless it is coated with nail polish. When I see people with nails like that I feel uncomfortable. It makes me want to leave the place immediately.
I love long nails..Very long, in fact. Have a huge nail fetish. But, much prefer polished/painted to undone. Wouldn't say it's dirty, as most women keep them clean or maybe done a clear coat, but do like polish better. Reds, pinks, blues, some off-colors gold... I'll still compliment a woman on her long nails if they're clear or undone, but, won't go crazy if they're not polished.
I agree with that. Polished nails looks cleaner and more sophisticated. Better have them short than undone.
My hot older sister had, and, has, long nails, always polished and amazing-looking. Other women have stopped her to compliment them and ask for tips and advice.
I had a camera techniques class in college, and used her as a model subject several times, including for a project called "line, shape, and color", her amazing long nails. Went over well.
This isn't normal. First off when you're on a date. You should focus on someone's personality, not someone's nails. With that said, I have had long painted fingernails. This shouldn't bother you. Unless, they are into feminine things like, nail polish. They have long nails, you can ask them to cut them.
It doesn't bother me to paint them, but other guys don't like it. I've grown up with manly men and it's okay too. Not all guys like feminine things, or even nail polish for that matter.
For me it's almost the opposite. I like seeing women with long fingernails, but I find colored nail polish a major turnoff. Plain long nails with no polish, great. Clear nail polish, okay. But colored nail polish can make me feel almost physically nauseated.
