Is it normal that i’m unsure if i’m pooping in the right area ?

Is it normal that when I’m pooping I’m nervous that I’m not going in the right spot? Like I shouldn’t be going there even though it’s the toilet and that’s where you should be going.

My dog has a special corner of the yard, and a special spot in the park.

My cat has a litter box, if you can clean it yourself or have someone that will clean it for you(gross), then maybe that is what you're looking for.
