So, I don't know if anybody heard of this already but there is a video of a girl getting her head literally cut off and its really graphic, and disturbing and. I was just wondering why Facebook is allowed to have these posts up? It is still not deleted and is it even normal that there is no police investigation and why do people bother to watch these videos

A dude I went to high school with posted what looked a video about tripping on mushrooms and it turned out to be that. So my best friend was literally scarred by it.
Probably a third world country, and Facebook might've just not gotten around to deleting it yet.
Agreed, there was another murder video circulating a while back that got (rightfully) banned from the site. I’m sorry if you were tricked into watching that OP.
Some disturbed people do enjoy watching snuff films in which a person’s real life death is featured. There was also a trend on 4chan in the 2000s where depressed users would live stream their suicides, some of which were so popular that some users would be unable to access the stream. The internet can really bring out the worst in people.
Stopped using face book years ago but when did, did came across those kinda videos a lot.
Post something about religious, which leads to terrorism. Hint hint. Post will be deleted within minutes and your account is much likely to get banned.
Post a human torture animal torture, murder etc. It's online for weeks or months. I don't think no one wouldn't report those. I think face book don't give shit. What would they loose. Even tho those are pretty graphic there are millions of views for those. Which is good for face book business. This is how face book would react.

If it's the video I've heard of, it's connected to a couple of young women - one Danish, the other Norwegian - who were murdered in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco by some ISIS whackjobs last December.
Three men were convicted of murder, and a total of 24 men were charged with having been involved in some way. They claim in a video that the decapitations were in revenge for what happened to ISIS in Syria.
So basically it's just another story in the endless list of atrocities committed by religious fanatics of all sorts.
