Is it normal if non-perfect stuff bugs me

It just bugs me if stuff isn't perfect, like everything is fine until I notice it. Like if a piece of paper isn't aligned with the table, it bugs me. Last week I scratched my jacket with a fence at my left arm, and I didn't want to scratch my jacket again, and that's still bugging me, that happened almost a month ago. I also have this thing where for example if I have to scratch my right arm. it got to the point where I can't wink without winking with the other eye after. I also hate birthmarks because they aren't symmetrical.

I'm also like that. Simple stuff bug me a lot.

I dont like seeing anything out of place like a ruler that has its corner chipped,a pen with no lid,a book with a folded corner, dirt or a scratched surface and more stuff like that.

My heart beats fast and my body temperature will go up and I wouldn't want anyone talking to me for like that whole day.

I even hate very many people for no reason at all.Even thinking about them or coming close to them can make angry for 2-3 days.

So I'm not at all sure if we are normal or not.

No. You’re obsessive-compulsive and you need to work on it.

It's normal to an extent. Everyone is a little like that, but if you feel that it's affecting your quality of life (consuming most of your day), you might want to speak with a professional/doctor.

Until I retired I was an aerospace quality engineer, everything has to be perfect and be able to be proven correct through documentation.
