Is it normal i think we are imprisoned in the world?

I think that modern society is imprisoning us. It's imposing us more and more things, ways of life, styles... Freedom doesn't exist anymore. I'd like to go in the countryside and run in the fields, like a child. I want to be child again, because children can do wonderful things that we don't even think. I'm tired of this life, and sometimes I wish we never evolved, I'd like that we were only animals, who only think to sleep, eat and reproduce. Is it normal?

I made a question like this, whenever I go on walks I feel so free, open space, no crowds, just nature and me, live your life how you want, live your dream, read books that enlighten you. Today I nearly got chased by a bull but I felt free.

Pro tip: you can totally drive to the countryside and run through a field if you want. Nobody will stop you.

Except the farmer with his shotgun/guard dog. Or the police when he calls them.

(that said there are still other places to go, I just wouldn't recommend fields)

Also it's hard for some people to get to the countryside especially if they live in the inner city and don't have a car/much money for buses or trains. I really think cities should invest in more green spaces.

Your second point is fair enough. Running around in nature is definitely not easy or even possible for everyone. It's actually pretty silly that I said that in the first place, considering that I, as a wheelchair user, can't really do it myself.

So go out and play. What's holding you back?

Spirituality NOT religion, spirituality can help you become "free"

You're right. But it's always been that way. Technology's advances is what makes it easier now-a-days. Everyone is becoming do dependable in all the things we have around us. Soon we're not going to be able to live without devices that we really don't need.

Don't let your inner child stay in, though. Let it all out.
