Does anyone else feel guilty after doing this? Like wish they had not done it and caved into their urges/hormones? I feel guilty afterwards and sometimes wish I hadn't as it makes me tired or mainly feel emotionally wrong, anyone else feel

    I once heard a comedian refer to that time after self abuse as the nap of shame, which I find rather funny.

    Were you brought up in a strict religious home. Religion often preaches false information.

    Stop being guilty. Its normal and natural.

    It's normal if you're young and still figuring things out. But soon you will get over it because masturbation is a normal and healthy thing to do.

    I get this feeling. I feel kind of miserable afterwards, like It's pathetic that I've done it. I get this any time I'm about to have sex or do anything sexual though.
