Is it normal i sometimes create sparkles/tiny lightning on my surroundings?

On things like pillows and duvets. It actually happens much more when I'm energetic, excited or maybe anxious, that's the strange thing. Tried it today but for some reason couldn't do it this time. When it first happens I do it over and over by scratching. Who else has done this?

    can't believe some people found it abnormal and even weird that you yourself found it odd this thing happens to me since the very young age
