  • Normal. It's satisfying.

  • This is what I do when I’m on my period. Not for comfort. But I hate pads and tampons. So I just go to the toilet and push it out when I need too. But that only works so long as I don’t need to leave the house.

  • There are women that have health issues causing them not to be able to get periods, you bigot.

  • Can't say i've ever tried that tbh... only thing I find that eases the cramping is painkillers and finding a very specific position to lie in after having squirmed like a worm for 3 hours.

  • Thats the piont. You are cramping since your wall linings are falling off. So of course the cramps go away.

    • Pushing the blood out of the vaginal canal probably doesn’t do too much as far as the uterus shedding it lining.

      • No the reason one bleeds is that they are shedding the lining. If its out that means the lining is out. So the cramps are lessoned. Thats why woman get cramps during periods and pregnancy. Since thier bodies are trying to send something out.

        • It's not actually blood, it is the lining of the uterus. Cramps are the body's way of sloughing out the lining. The body releases hormones that trigger this body function. This is why cramps are more often in the beginning of the cycle and not the end. But you can also get ovulation cramps which is just hormonal and really annoying.

  • This is offensive to women that don't have periods. That's really shitty.
