Is it normal for someone to look the same as they did 5 years ago?

I'm 26 & look almost exactly the same as I did when I was 18, only problem is when I was 18 I looked 26.

5 years isn't that much in terms of physical aging.

Yes. I've noticed my 4 year old nephew doesn't look anything like he did 5 years ago.

5 years is not very long, after 10 years, then if you really can't tell any difference then I'd say you have good genes and are taking pretty good care of yourself.

It's pretty normal. Some people age slower than others. XD

Yes but they may also have some changed features such as like growth of beard, hairstyle, height etc.
