Not really a is it normal question more like a simple question. My fiancé has a loan out and it’ll be paid off in 3 years. But I don’t want to stay where we are living now for 3 years. And I don’t have any credit,, can we get a mortgage out for a house while he already has a loan out? His score is pretty good too.

    You can get a mortgage while already paying one off. Why do you want to move, anyway?

      We’re living with his parents and I don’t really want to live with them for 3 whole years,, I really want a place for me and him. His dad has cameras around the house and it’s just a huge ordeal living there

    You can, but why take on a whole new set of debt before he pays off the debt he has? What's so bad about the place you're both in now?
