Is it normal to use your phone while sleeping?
I sleep with my phone in my hand and sometimes I'll be swiping and tapping at a blank screen while in my dream there is something displayed on it.

I say it's normal. It's not normal to fall asleep with your phone in your hand in the first place, but every intro to psych class tells you that there are a large amount of people who act out their dreams in real life. Think of it like sleep walking, sleep talking, or sleep eating.
