I sleep with my phone in my hand and sometimes I'll be swiping and tapping at a blank screen while in my dream there is something displayed on it.
The fact that you sleep with your phone in your hand alone is disturbing.
I say it's normal. It's not normal to fall asleep with your phone in your hand in the first place, but every intro to psych class tells you that there are a large amount of people who act out their dreams in real life. Think of it like sleep walking, sleep talking, or sleep eating.
Your absorbing so much radiation if you sleep with it in your hand, put it on the floor and maybe you'll live longer.
