I'm no anthropologist, but I guess I would say that since like attracts like I imagine monogamy makes people more of what they already are if that makes any sense at all.
Well, with respect to this model, I think the same rules of mate selection apply. Intelligent white people marry intelligent black people, you have intelligent multiracial offspring. Same with African-Asian and Asian-European. Dumb people of any race marry and you concentrate the genes you want to get rid of. Genetic enhancement occurs at a faster rate because of the multi-racial monogamous relationships.

What you are saying is true, but you are missing the point of this post. The point is mate selection. If intelligent people can choose only one mate, they will choose another intelligent person. Dumb people have fewer options because nobody wants them. They are stuck with only other dumb people. So here's what happens. Intelligent couple breed kids with even more intelligence genes than they have, and dumb people concentrate their dumbness genes in their dumb kids. Hopefully the dumb kids autodarwinate. Eliminating the dumbest raises the average for the entire population over successive generations.
When everybody fucks everybody, fighter sperm dominate the population. That is an entirely different dynamic than mate selection for intelligence. My theory on mate selection stands untarnished.
