Is it normal to think about death every day?

I can’t really say this started with covid bc I have a significant history of mental health issues. Maybe the isolation is the real issue, idk I have bipolar disorder and am troubled by a lot of anxiety, often resulting in full blown dissociative panic attacks or periods of paralyzing feelings of impending doom. I’m told I have PTSD from early
Childhood sexual abuse which I do remember some of. But lately...I think of death all the time. I have had several instances of precognition (For example, I saw buildings falling prior to 9/11) so things like this don’t just bother me on a surface level, which would suck enough, but I worry that I’m picking up something about to happen.

As a survivor of sexual abuse, a death wish and/or suicidal thoughts are normal. But you can heal through therapy. Good luck.

It's weird to me to think that some people might not be constantly aware of their own mortality. That's a built in feature of being radar.

The feelings of impending doom are a common feature of panic attacks. If it makes you feel any better, I've been feeling like I was meant to die soon for 12+ years. Haven't kicked any buckets yet that I'm aware of, unless I'm secretly Bruce Willis in the sequel to the Sixth Sense.
