Is it normal to still be sending christmas cards

I am a woman in my 20s and I always send my friends physical christmas cards. I never get one back which is fine because they aren't really familiar with this tradition and considers it a little dated. Everyone wishes merry christmas online now. Only one of my friends sends me one too and that is because we decided long ago to always send each other cards and for a while we sent each other letters for fun. That is because we are internet friends and we've met twice but the distance is so long so only twice so far.
I think it's nice to get a real card and feels more personal but I feel like everyone always acts a little awkward over the idea of sending real life cards, especially guys which may be understandable I guess, but it's not really a big deal. It's a nice gesture. I think it should be more a thing and not just something old people does.

My dad still sends Christmas cards. I think it's a cool thing to do.

I think it's normal. Some of the people in my family still send them. There's certainly nothing wrong with it. I used to love making homemade cards for people for birthdays and holidays (and still do on occasion, but my creative skills have sadly started to go by the wayside as an adult).
