Is it normal to have extreme food laws and no talking no touching laws

BASICALLY HE LIED Because ate regular food. MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DINNER ! hE LOCKED Himself in his room and wouldn't come out. Because he is only allowed to eat poor people food and water and my mil got him a glass of milk and he didn't correct her.Milk is highly rationed. WHICH MEANS he has to be forcefed soap. because he ate my dinner . I don't believe in mistakes. We don't make mistakes in this family. No his mom and his dumb gay uncle are takinh him out to dinner whenever I have to watch him Their spoiling him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mistakes are serious serious offenses!!!!!!!!! He also touched my pillow WHICHIS THE WORSE THING EVER!!!!!!!!! and talks and doesn't tell guests all the rules for entering my house which is another punishment. He hates sitting on the floor because he is not allowed to sit on my furniture.He also refuses to hug me after I punish him and his dad doesn't think I can handle him by myself because I keep calling him and bugging him at work everytime the kid annoys me leaves the lightswitch on. He hardly comes over anymore I don't understand why. I have to prove I am a good mother so my ex will make my bio kids talk to me.
