Is it normal to hate yourself after eating fatty food?

I ate half a pound of butter whipped with a cup of brown sugar, some salt, a teaspoon of vanilla and a handful of chocolate chips a half hour ago and I feel awful physically and mentally. I want to jump out of my body. I have a similar feeling after fast food. Is this a normal reaction?

    Nowhere in this post does it say there was flour or baking powder. If you would've added that to it and microwaved it for 60-120 seconds you would've had some sort of mug cake.

    But yeah, it's normal to feel bad after eating food that isn't good for you. It's cruel that some of the tastiest foods are so unhealthy.

    None of that is anywhere near healthy. Your body can't handle all that crap at once. Even individually, it's not easy, but all at one shot? Bad...

    As we get older, we find out our bodies can't take it like when we were 20. Gotta ease up on whatever you eat.

    when a morbidly obese patient goes fasting his stored body fat must travel via blood to reach the liver and be converted into a fuel for energy. you ate one half pound of this very type of fat. and it went into your blood and went to the fat cells. so up to 150 pounds of blubber can safely be transported via blood without a doctor's warning but some how a stick or two of butter can harm you? Bullshit.
