Is it normal to get turned on when my girlfriend randomly paints my nails?

I dont know, everytime my girlfriend decides to put nail polish on my hands I, oddly, get turned on. I am a male. This ponders me as I can not figure out why

    It could just be because you feel close to her and you're sitting there close together for a long period of time.
