Is it normal to feel overwhelmed by so much media?
Video games, movies, TV shows, music, books and YouTube. Where do I start? So much media so little free time. What should I do? Anybody else have this problem?

Bad time to take it since the mcarthy vote. It was hilarious the holdouts were talking mad shit to mccarthy in the chamber. Matt Gaetz said "McCarthy is desperate because he took a lot of bribes, er um DONATIONS... We arent voting for another Rhino." 20 holdouts from the freedom caucas got every concession they requested just so they would not vote for anyone to allow McCarthy in. One of which was a vote on term limits.
I feel this, there’s more TV on iPlayer, All 4 and Netflix than I could possibly watch. I will never get to the end of my list of book recommendations.
I also feel I’m more impatient with media because there’s so much else competing for my time, if I’m not gripped by the first few pages or first episode I lose interest.
Sometimes I like to isolate one for a little while. There was a period where all I did was listen to music. The world is such now that a certain amount of screens are needed for self administration purposes but you can still drastically reduce it, and your anxiety will decrease in the process. Good luck
