Is it normal to feel inferior/stupid at work?

My ideas never seem to match up to everyone else. I don't feel like it's bad enough to be a "toxic" environment, but mostly everything I do is fixed or made better by other people. It can never be left as-is. There's always people who know more about my own job than I do.

Maybe it's normal, but it makes me feel stupid or something. Why am I bothering to do the job when everyone else changes what I do?
